We're making changes to the way you login to our risk app
This message has been sent to all early adopters of our risk app. It’s replicated here so that you can verify the authenticity of the reset request that will follow.
Thank you for your interest in Cydea’s Risk App. We are making some improvements to the way users register and authenticate with the app to improve the experience and security.
We’re migrating from an in-house authentication system to one provided by a third party (Auth0, if you’re interested). This will allow us to support a wider range of single sign-on, two-step verification and other new authentication options, such as passwordless.
If you use a password to access your account
During this migration you will receive a password reset email and you will need to follow the instructions in this email to continue accessing your account. Your old password will no longer work.
If you use ‘Sign in with…’ Google or Microsoft to login
You can follow these options from the login screen as before. No action is required.
We will email you again prior to migration and you will find a copy of this message on our blog at cydea.com so you can verify its legitimacy.
Thank you again for your interest, thoughtful feedback and support. If you have any questions then please hit reply.
