Our story

Cydea was founded by Robin Oldham, a cyber security leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organisations defend themselves and thrive in a digital-first world.

Previously leading the consulting practice for BAE Systems’ private sector clients, Robin advised boards and senior leadership across industries on cyber risk, incident response and digital resilience. Recognised for his ability to translate technical detail into strategic insight, Robin founded Cydea to bring a more optimistic, outcome-driven approach to cyber security.

Today, that mission drives everything we do.
