MeetingMeet us at InfoSecurity Europe 2026
Heading to the ExCeL? Let’s grab a coffee and talk! We’re carving out time for 1:1 sessions to help you on the big questions, such as:
- How much risk are we really carrying?
- What should we prioritise next?
- How do we explain this to the board?
- How do we show the value of our security programme?
- How do we adopt AI safely and confidently?
If you’d like to talk to us, just book a time here or reach out to hello@cydea.com.

Breakfast BriefingThe AI Cyber Threat Landscape: Why Quantifying Risk is Your Best Defence
AI is reshaping the cyber threat landscape, from AI-generated phishing and deepfakes to sophisticated supply chain attacks. We'll dive into why it’s critical to quantify AI-related cyber risks in financial terms, as many organisations still lack effective AI access controls and governance frameworks. We’ll also cover how assessing resilience now requires detecting AI-driven phishing campaigns and internal misuse of AI tools.
At the end of the event, we will provide transportation to InfoSecurity London.

Breakfast BriefingBusiness Cannot Take the Cyber Heat(Map) - Is it Time for Quantitative Risk Analysis?
We will explore some of the issues when trying to use a traditional 5×5 heatmap when analysing and presenting cyber risks within your business. We will then move onto some of the fundamental principles of quantitive risk analysis, covering some of the advantages as well as the limitations. We will delve into a significantly simplified monte carlo method that can be used to model quantitively and use the Cydea risk platform to bring this model to life with practical application using simulated (or real!) data from yourselves.
At the end of the event, we will provide transportation to InfoSecurity London.

WebinarHow cyber risk intelligence helps critical national infrastructure keep the lights on
Cyber attacks on Critical National Infrastructure continue to grab headlines, and rightly so. If we want to maintain a ‘normal’ way of life, both in work and leisure, then we need energy, water, and communications. Yet the sector is facing a growing cyber challenge.

WebinarCyber in the Boardroom - Risk Quantification
South West Cyber Security Cluster: Over 75% of businesses recognise that a cyber attack is a high risk for their business, yet less than a third have undertaken to quantify the financial risk; the numbers are even lower for SMEs - you are not alone. It probably feels nebulous, hard to qualify, let alone quantify. This lack of ability to turn this risk into hard ££s leaves most SMEs woefully exposed; worse, you can become a risk to your customers, and the larger ones are gearing up to ask tough questions of their suppliers, in fact the government has been clear that governing cyber risk should be a board priority for large and medium organisations.
